- NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: prepaid at the time the reseravtion is made, in case of cancellation or no show, the amount paid will not be refunded. Full prepayment is required.
- STANDARD RATE: you can cancel for free up to 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel past this term, the cancellation fee will be the total cost of the rate you chose. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
- STANDARD FLEXIBLE RATE: you can cancel for free up to 4 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel past this term, the cancellation fee will be the total cost of the rate you chose. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
